For a quick and seamless refill process, we recommend contacting your pharmacy directly to request your medication refill. If you prefer, you can call our office or email us at support@willowmedicalok.com. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your request. While our email is checked routinely, for urgent refills, we recommend calling us at (539) 208-5069. We’re here to help!

Appointment Requests or Changes

If you need to schedule or update an established patient appointment, you can request an appointment online. Our team reviews requests daily during business hours, but it may take 1-2 business days to receive a reply. For quicker assistance, we encourage you to call us directly at (539) 208-5069. Patients arriving late to a scheduled appointment may be asked to reschedule. If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $35.00 no-show fee. We’re here to make your visit as smooth as possible!
